elitedealer provides professional photo editing and retouching services. We offer various editing services including but not limited to portrait retouching, color correction, background removal, and photo restoration.

Payment is required before or upon completion of services, as agreed upon in your project quote. We accept various payment methods through secure third-party processors. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of your original images. Edited images are provided for your use, and you receive a license to use the edited versions. We retain the right to use edited images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, elitedealer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You retain all ownership rights to your original images. By submitting images for editing, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing our editing services. We do not claim ownership of your images.
Edited images are provided to you for your use. We may use edited images (with your permission) for portfolio and marketing purposes. You may request that we do not use your images for such purposes.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
