We provide revision opportunities for all completed projects. If you are not satisfied with the initial results, you can request revisions within 7 days of receiving your edited images. Revisions are included in most service packages, and additional revisions may be available depending on your plan.
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied after reasonable revision attempts, please contact us to discuss your situation. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of project completion.
You may cancel your project before work begins for a full refund. If work has already started, cancellation may result in a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a project.
We maintain high quality standards for all our editing work. If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any quality concerns.
